Fourth of July Weekend FUN!

It’s that time of year again where we Celebrate Fourth of July with friends and family! The weekend is usually filled with cooking out, music, food, fun and of course FIREWORKS! Do you know where you’re going to go to see a wonderful firework show? There are plenty of events going on this weekend to ensure you & your friends and family have a wonderful time! We have all the details and places to pick from. So now that we have done the searching of where to go, all you have to do is pick where you want to go!

Duluth Celebrates America: Duluth Town Green (July 3rd)

Festivities will begin at 6pm, including live music with The Army Band & Mike Veal Band, food vendors will  be available along with kid’s activities and a FABULOUS fireworks display, FREE

Red White & BOOM! Independence Day: Historic Downtown (July 3)

Head to Norcross for a pre-Fourth of July block party! Live music at Lillian Webb Park, local eateries and vendors, then at dusk, the skies will light up with an awesome fireworks display. 6pm-9pm FREE!

Sparks in the park: The Bowl at Sugar Hull (July 3)

Fireworks, inflatable rides, free movie under the stars, food, drinks, live entertainment and more! Be sure to bring non-perishable food to support the local co-op! There will be a shuttle service provided at The Sugar Hill Church. Its from 6pm-9pm! FREE!

Monthly Music Jam at The Villiage Hennessy Cadillac Stage: Mall of Georgia (July 3)

Grab your lawn chairs and blankets at The Villiage Hennessy Cadillac Stage and join us for a free concert with “Pippy Thomas.” There will be bounce houses, food and drink vendors! It is from 6:30pm-8:30pm, FREE!

10th Annual Prelude to the 4th: Lawrenceville Lawn (July 3)

The event will feature an opening concert by Chris Hamrick & The City Lights, followed by an outdoor stage performance of the Broadway classic, Camelot performed by the Aurora Theatre and a stunning fireworks display will conclude the evening. This event is from 5pm-9pm, FREE!

Celebrate Braselton Festival & Parade: Braselton Park (July 4)

Come out to Braselton and enjoy the festival and parade in honor of Fourth of July! Fireworks show will begin after dark! 4pm-9pm, FREE!

Sparkle in the Park: Lilburn City Park (July 4) 

Join the City of Lilburn as they celebrate the holiday with music, food and fireworks! The Glow Band is set to perform a high-energy, family-friendly concert with kid’s activities and concessions available. Free parking and shuttle service will be available. The fabulous fireworks show is scheduled to begin at 9:30pm! 5:30pm-10pm, FREE!

Independence Day Celebration: Lake Lanier Islands ( July 3-5)

Celebrate our nation’s birthday with Lake Lanier Islands! it’s the perfect weekend to ride water slides, dip your toes in the lake, build a sandcastle along their pristine beach and soak up the sun!

$10 vehicle entry admission

Fantastic Fourth Celebration: Stone Mountain Park (July 3-5)

The AJC readers have voted Stone Mountain Park as the best place in Atlanta to enjoy fireworks during the Fourth of July holiday. Enjoy park attractions throughout the day (additional costs) and then enjoy the Lasershow Spectacular in Mountain vision followed by a special patriotic fireworks finale on each night!

10:30am-8pm attractions, 9:30pm lasershow and fire works
