Rock out to FREE Concerts this Summer in Downtown Lawrenceville!

Friday nights are a great time to venture out of the house and enjoy some fun with family and friends, and what better way to spend your Friday night then a FREE concert, delicious food, and shopping!? Starting this Friday May 17th, and continuing the last Friday of every month through September, the city of Lawrenceville will be hosting their annual Moonlight Summer Concert Series! These concerts are located on the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse lawn in downtown Lawrenceville, and will feature local and regional artists from different musical genres each month.

The courthouse is located right in the center of beautiful downtown, and surrounded by shops and great restaurants, such as McCray’s Tavern on the Square, Dominick’s Italian restaurant, and many more! This location is perfect because of the convenience it provides! Instead of having to drive to a restaurant and then to a concert, you can partake in a scrumptious dinner before walking a short distance to hear live music!

To kick off this year’s Moonlight Summer Concert Series, the Abbey Road LIVE! Beatle’s tribute band will allow us to travel back in time to the 1960’s by playing some of the Beatle’s most popular hits and some of my all-time favorites, such as “She Loves You” and “Come Together.”

  • July 25 – Electric Avenue (80’s Pop Hits)
  • August 29 – Sons of Sailors (Jimmy Buffett Variety)
