Adam’s refined menu boasts everything from appetizers like Oysters Rockefeller and Baked Stuffed Quail to entrees like Mediterranean Chicken Penne and Beef Tenderloin Filet. The restaurant’s wine list showcases 2 Georgia wineries (Frogtown and Wolf Mountain) and numerous options that will please expert and novice wine drinkers alike.
Adam’s is locally owned and professionally managed by Adam Kantback. Adam knows his way around a kitchen with over 30 years of culinary and restaurant experience under his belt. Adam initially studied and refined his passion for food in Sweden and Europe. He previously owned and operated three restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina: Adam’s at Ballantyne, The Bridge Cafe and La Bibliotheque, which received the AAA Four Diamond Award 15 years in a row.
