Weekend Events Quick-list

Here is a quick list of things to do this weekend. Visit www.gcvb.org for a complete listing of Gwinnett events.

-Visit Corn Dawgs corn maze in Loganville. The corn maze is not the only fun activity at Corn Dawgs. They have 15 attractions including a hay ride, duck races, mountain slide and a hay jump! Visit their website for plenty of pictures. Great family fun!

Aurora Theatre presents “Buy My House Please”, a modern comedy about a young couple going through what many Americans are facing at this very moment. Aurora Theatre also offers a “Football Widows” special (LOVE IT!). Women can get lunch at McCray’s Tavern followed by a matinee show of “Buy My House Please”.

-Tonight the Gwinnett Gladiators take on the Charlotte Checkers at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Take advantage of their Friendly Fridays deal tonight (which is friendly on the pockets, too). Get a child’s ticket AND a meal for $15 or an adult’s ticket AND a meal for $20!

PugFest is an annual fundraiser held the last weekend in October by the Southeast Pug Rescue & Adoption Association (SERPA) at Gwinnett County Fairgrounds. Event festivities include dog contests, raffles, auctions, live music, food and vendors. This animal friendly event invites you to bring pets to enjoy the event also!

Chocolate Perks in downtown Duluth is hosting a Wine and Chocolate tasting event Saturday night. Taste 2 Italian wines and 2 French wines, each will be paired with delicious chocolates.
